At The Big Bend Fungi Company we focus on our unique ability to provide fresh, local mushrooms directly to restaurants, stores, and our local customers - by handling our own distribution we are able to offer the freshest product to the Big Bend Community.

Our dedication to the health & wellbeing of the community remains one of our top priorities and the main driving factor behind the founding of The Big Bend Fungi Company. Our Gourmet & Medicinal Mushrooms, powders, & tinctures offer another set of healthy & medicinal options not only for improving diet but for an increase in general health and overall wellbeing.
The Environment & Sustainability
We believe that fungi are Organic Technology that can be used for things like filtering water, recycling plastics, rejuvenation of soils, and much more. Our farm uses no pesticides or chemicals, our mushrooms are grown on organic agriculture byproducts inside 100% oxy-biodegradable bags, all of our packaging is made from recycled materials and is compostable, & our substrate is spread out to local gardeners and ranchers throughout the community. We are fascinated by fungi and how they can help mediate the environment in which we live. Our company thrives to embody what it truly means to be sustainable & environmentally friendly.
